A simple, controlled sequence keeps each lot clean, uniform and consistent.

Sourcing & checking
Whole pulses are selected by origin, moisture, size and foreign matter.
Cleaning & grading
Dust, stones and immature grains are removed before lots are size-graded.
Conditioning
The grain is prepared so the husk loosens and each seed splits cleanly.
De-husking & splitting
Controlled milling removes the husk and produces an even split.
Sorting & packing
Dal is finished, sorted, weighed and packed to the buyer’s requirement.
